Theme and General Details
FEARLESS was based on Isaiah 41:10. Participants were asked to reflect upon the topics of 1) What are our fears; 2) Who is God calling us to be; and 3) What must we let go of in order to be FEARLESS.

Key Verse and Text
"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." —Isaiah 41:10

Support for other CI's
In addition to planning for CI 2013, CI-PNW Leadership also engaged in raising funds to support the Christmas Institute camp in the Visayas region, areas that were hit the hardest by the devastating Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) that struck in November 2013 (see Rise UP! CI). CI-PNW was pleased to be able to help support the efforts, including making some last minute adjustments with our own CI Leadership planning as one of our CI Deans, the Rev. David Valera, would no longer be at CI-PNW 2013 so that he could help with the CI at Visayas State University.
